Where can I find the agenda for a meeting?

Agendas usually go up within a week before a meeting.

  1. Go to http://www.governingcouncil.utoronto.ca/Governing_Council/bac.htm
  2. Click on the board/committee/council you’re looking for
  3. Click on Meeting Agendas and Reports under “Resources”
  4. Click on the year, then the date, and you’ll find a PDF of the agenda

What are the addresses of the locations?

Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Cir, University of Toronto - St. George Campus, Toronto, ON M5S

Simcoe Hall is attached to/behind Con Hall.  Go up the big stairs in the lobby to the second floor, then turn right.

Go to the southern tip of the AA building, the part closest to the bookstore/Science Wing (otherwise known as “the building with the endless hallway of desks”).
